Public offer
For entering into an agreement for the purchase of digital goods
This document constitutes an official offer (the “Offer”) by Limited Liability Company “Sakhapayments”, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1241400007958, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 1400037960, address: 5/1-57 Chiryaeva Street, Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 677000) (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), to any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to conclude a contract under the terms set forth below.
By placing and paying for an order on the website https://wdonate.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Offer, which constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this contract.
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the selected digital good (including but not limited to: top-up codes, digital vouchers, activation keys, etc.), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for such good under the terms of this agreement.
1.2. Digital goods are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
2. Order and payment procedure
2.1. Orders are placed through the Website interface. To place an order, the Buyer must enter an email address to which the digital good will be sent.
2.2. Payment is made via an integrated payment system.
2.3. The price of digital goods is indicated on the Website and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price effective at the time of payment is considered valid.
3. Delivery terms
3.1. Delivery of digital goods is carried out by sending a unique digital code or instruction to the email address specified by the Buyer.
3.2. The delivery period is no more than 24 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the Website.
4. Returns and refunds
4.1. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, returns and exchanges are only possible if the goods were not provided to the Buyer or were provided with technical errors confirmed by the Seller.
4.2. To request a refund, the Buyer must send a request to the email address listed in the Contacts section, describing the issue and providing proof of payment.
5. Liability of the parties
5.1. The Seller shall not be liable for the inability to use the digital good due to reasons beyond their control (e.g., platform access restrictions, incorrect Buyer email, internet failures, etc.).
5.2. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order.
6. Personal data processing
6.1. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, including the transfer of the email address for digital goods delivery.
7. Final provisions
7.1. This public offer is valid indefinitely until revoked by the Seller.
7.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer unilaterally. The new version of the offer comes into force upon being posted on the Website.
7.3. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
